Before we quote anything, we look at your numbers.

What we review

Twelve months of charges, payments and adjustments from your practice management system. A/R by payer and aging bucket. Denial reasons and rework volume. Payer contracts and fee schedules against what you are actually paid. Scheduling templates, access and staffing structure.

What you receive

  • A written baseline on four numbers: net collection rate, days in A/R, collections per encounter, and revenue streams in operation.
  • A quantified view of the gap between what your practice earns and what it collects, with the specific causes named rather than described in general terms.
  • A prioritized list of what to fix first — yours to keep and act on, whether or not you engage us.

What happens next

A working session with you and whoever you want in the room, where we walk through the findings. If the work makes sense, we scope it. If it does not, we will say so.

Timing

Typically two to three weeks from the point we have access to your system reports.

The assessment is a paid engagement, and the fee is credited in full against your first invoice if you engage us. We charge for it because it takes real work, and because a free assessment is usually a sales call.
