Fortuna Healthcare Consulting Services is a growth and operating partner for physician-led practices. We are not advisors who deliver a report and leave. We architect the business systems behind the practice — growth strategy, revenue, profitability and operations — build them, and then stay and run them.
That work runs through four engines: business growth strategy, revenue growth, profit optimization, and operations and automation. All four run in parallel, because a practice that fixes collections while its referral base quietly shrinks has not actually improved.
