With more than 10 years of experience across healthcare operations, client services, and revenue cycle management, he has built his career around the work that happens after the plan is approved — the transitions, stabilizations, and day-to-day operating changes required to make a new process actually work.
As Global Operations Lead, Alan helps lead practice startups, RCM transitions, and clinic stabilization from kickoff through steady state. He works directly with physicians, administrators, billing teams, and front-office staff to strengthen scheduling, eligibility, patient access, charge flow, and the operational workflows that ultimately affect clean claims and cash flow.
Alan works across billing, operations, staffing, vendors, and client support to identify where work is getting stuck and move it forward. He keeps ownership clear and priorities visible, and prevents issues from sitting unresolved until they become larger financial or operational problems.
