Deepha Balaji leads the operating side of FHCS engagements — the work that determines whether a strategy actually changes how a practice runs. With more than 15 years of experience across healthcare operations, strategy, and execution, she has built her career around a simple principle: strategy creates value only when it is successfully executed.
As Chief Operating Officer, Deepha leads delivery across FHCS service lines and works closely with physicians and practice leadership on revenue cycle performance, workflow redesign, staffing structure, operational accountability, and performance improvement.
Her role begins where most consulting stops. Deepha coordinates execution across consulting, billing, and operational support teams, establishes clear ownership and performance metrics, and stays involved until new workflows become part of the practice's day-to-day operating discipline.
Her focus is not simply implementing change, but building operating systems that practices can sustain — creating greater accountability, stronger financial performance, and less administrative burden for physicians.
