Monica builds the systems behind the work — the automations, workflows, and operating infrastructure that help FHCS and its clients run with greater consistency and control.
Her work focuses on identifying where processes depend too heavily on manual effort, disconnected systems, spreadsheets, repetitive data entry, or someone remembering what needs to happen next.
As Systems Automation Lead, Monica works across workflow automation, system integration, reporting, task management, data movement, and operational controls. She maps how information moves through a process, removes unnecessary steps, and builds systems that make ownership, status, and exceptions easier to see.
Her role is not simply to automate individual tasks. Monica designs the structure around the workflow so that the process continues to function as teams grow, responsibilities change, and volume increases.
She works closely with FHCS leadership and operational teams to test, document, and refine systems before they become part of the day-to-day operating model.
Her focus is building dependable infrastructure — systems that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make strong operations easier to repeat and scale.
