Vishy Sahadevan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, finance, operations, and technology. He founded Fortuna Healthcare Consulting Services to help independent physicians build stronger, more scalable practices while maintaining control of their businesses.
His work focuses on neurology, cardiology, primary care, internal medicine, and other multispecialty practices, with expertise in practice start-ups, physician recruitment, operational improvement, revenue cycle strategy, payer contracting, ancillary revenue growth, compensation strategy, and practical automation.
Vishy’s approach is hands-on. Rather than simply delivering recommendations, he works alongside physicians and practice leaders to identify revenue and operational gaps, build the right systems, and help execute the changes required to improve performance.
Under his leadership, Fortuna combines executive-level advisory with practical operating support, helping physician-led organizations strengthen collections, improve cash flow, increase productivity, reduce administrative burden, and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
His guiding principle is simple: physicians should be able to grow their practices without giving up control of the businesses they built.
